Operation
To place an Intercom call:
1. At Multiline Terminal, press Speaker key.
- OR -
At Single Line Terminal, lift the handset.
2. Dial extension number (or 9 for your operator).
Your call may voice-announce or ring the called extension. Dial 1 to change the way your call alerts
the called extension.
If the extension you call is busy or does not answer, you can dial another extension without hanging
up.
To answer an Intercom call:
1. If you hear two beeps, speak toward telephone.
Your telephone picks up your voice.
- OR -
If your telephone rings, lift the handset.
To check the extension data (Multiline Terminal only):
1. Press Help key.
