1. Insert two mounting screws 3-15/16 inches apart. Allow about 3/16 of an inch between the wall
and screw heads for mounting the telephone.

2. Plug the AC adapter (yellow tip) into the base unit, and route the cord through the molded channel
on the back of the base unit.
3. Plug one end of the short telephone cord (locally supplied) in the LINE jack on the base unit. If an
NEC multiline (wired) telephone will be used, connect a line cord from the LINE OUT jack on the
base unit to the multiline telephone.
