The NEOM Wellbeing Pod Luxe is an essential oil diffuser designed to fragrance larger spaces. It operates by creating high-frequency vibrations that break down water and NEOM Essential Oil Blends into minute particles, which are then diffused into the surroundings.
The Wellbeing Pod Luxe is a revolutionary device tailored for wellbeing, offering several features to enhance the user experience. It is capable of scenting larger areas such as open-plan living spaces, kitchen diners, entrance hallways, mezzanines, communal offices, and event spaces. The diffuser is remote control operated, providing convenience and ease of use. It features a ceramic cover and a sustainably sourced wooden base, combining aesthetic appeal with environmental consciousness. Users can adjust the diffusion intensity and select an alternating diffusion mode for varied scent release. The device incorporates low-energy LED lights, which can be used with or without ambient lighting and a breathing light function. For safety, it includes an auto shut-off mechanism that activates when the water runs out. The breathing light feature is designed to guide users through a NEOM breathing technique to help de-stress, involving breathing in through the nose for 7 seconds and out through the mouth for 11 seconds, to be repeated until a sense of calm is achieved.
To set up the diffuser, first remove the ceramic cover and then the water tank cover. Fill the water tank to or below the MAX water mark level using a suitable measuring cup. Add 20-40 drops of your chosen NEOM essential oil blend, adjusting the quantity based on the size of your space and wellbeing needs. It is crucial to NEVER use artificially produced synthetic perfume to avoid damaging the device and invalidating the warranty. After adding the oil, replace the water tank cover and ceramic cover. Finally, plug the adaptor into the power supply port at the back of the base and then into a wall socket.

To replace the remote control battery, push the upper part of the back cover to unlock, slide it downwards to remove, replace the battery, and then slide the cover upwards to lock.

The diffuser has an ultrasonic ceramic disc in the center of the water tank. Clean it carefully using a cotton swab or a soft, clean, damp cloth at least once a week. NEVER apply aggressive force or insert sharp objects during cleaning. Always unplug the adaptor from the power source when cleaning. Empty and clean the water tank when not in use.
This product carries a 2-year warranty for proper use against manufacturing defects. Accidental damage is not covered. The warranty period starts from the date of purchase. Contact the retailer for any problems during the warranty period. Proof of purchase is required. Corrosive oils such as citronella can damage the unit if left in the water reservoir; this type of damage is not covered under the warranty. The pod must be cleaned after each use.
