Activating No Account with Access Control
If you want to prevent unauthorized use of your Mailing System, but you do not want to
use Accounts, activate the No Account with Access Control function. This Mode requires
all Users to log into the system by entering a 4 digit security PIN Code at start up. In this
mode a single PIN Code is created for all authorized Users.
1.
To activate/ deactivate No Account with Access Control, please see How to display
and Change the Account Mode on page 114 and select the No Account with Access
Control Mode.
2.
Enter the 4 digit shared PIN Code all Users will have to enter in order to log into the
system.
Account Mode Management Menu
The Account Mode Management Menu allows you to change the shared PIN Code as
needed.
How to change a Shared PIN Code
1.
Log in as the Supervisor (see How to log in as Supervisor on page 184), then
Press and type 5.2 or select the path:
Account Management Change PIN Code
The PIN Code Screen appears.
2. Enter the new PIN Code and press [OK].
