Guide holes which lock the
antenna dish in position.

❶ Antenna rod
Insert the antenna
mounting rod into the
slot in the trunk and
fasten the lower locking
screw.
❷ Antenna pivot
Mount the antenna
pivot on the top end of
the rod as shown.
❸ Dish mid section and feeder
Place the mid section with the guide holes in correct
position, and screw the antenna feeder into place by
rotating the feeder rod.
❹ Dish side sections
Mount the 5 side sections starting with the bottom sec-
tion. Lock the sections together with the toggle latches.
❺ Feeder reflector
Fasten the reflector on
top of the feeder by
means of the knurled
screw.

Antenna mounted on wall or roof
The special antenna bracket attached to the
transceiver permits wall- or roof-mounting of the
antenna.

The Transceiver is mounted with four
screws. Use this instruction as
template. Place the template at the
position for installation and mark
holes (indicated by screw symbols).
The three fixed angles selectable for
mounting of the antenna bracket on
the Transceiver are illustrated below.
Antenna bracket/mounting rod
a) Mount the Transceiver.
b) Attach the antenna mounting rod
to the antenna bracket as shown.
c) Install the bracket with the
wanted angle on the Transceiver.
d) Continue with steps 2 to 5 below.

❻ Remove remaining equipment from
trunk.
❼ Close lid and tighten upper Mounting
Rod fastening screw.
❽ Place Transceiver on trunk lid.
❾ Continue to "Connecting Up" on
reverse side.
