loaderbucketclam.
Thiscontrolisproportional:
Whenreleasingtheroller(7),itautomaticallyreturnsto
theinitialposition(neutral)andthebucketremainsinthe
positionwhereitwaswhenmovementstopped.
A.Whenshiftingtheroller(7)forward,theloader
bucketclamcloses.
B.Whenshiftingtheroller(7)backward,theloader
bucketclamopens.

Theoperatormayinstalladetentpositionforthe4x1
bucketoperation.
Thispositionaltersoperationinordertoallowtheoperator
tolocktheswitchintheopencircuitposition,sothatthis
positionishelduntiltheoperatorunlockstheswitch.
ThestandardpositionoftheswitchiswiththeopenU
shapepointingupwards.Inthisconguration,theswitch
willautomaticallyspringbacktotheneutralpositionwhen
released,fromanyposition.
Tosetthedetentpositiontothebucketopenposition,itis
necessarytoremovethetopoftheswitch,rotatingitby
180°.
Removethescrew(2)oftheroller(1)usingasmallphillips
screwdriver.

Liftandremovethetopportion(3)oftherollerswitch,
rotateitby180°andtightenthescrewinthetopportion
oftheroller.
NOTE:TheopenUshapemustpointdownwards.
Carefullyrestorethescrew(2)intoplaceanddonotover-
tighten.
Testtheswitchbyliftingitupintodetentpositionbefore
restoringthecapintoplace.Theswitchshouldlockinto
position.
Inthiscondition,the4x1loaderbucketcontrolrolleris
locked.T ounlockit,itisnecessarytorotatethetoppor-
tionagainandtakeitbacktoitsinitialposition.
