tions(dustyorcorrosiveatmosphere,etc.),theServicing

sary,ensuregoodventilationunderallcircumstances.
Dust,smokeorfogcanreducevisibilityandcausean
accident.Stoporslowdownthemachineuntilnormal
visibilityisrestored.
Ifthereisanyoperatingproblem,immediatelylowerthe
loaderequipmenttotheground,engagetheparking
brakeandstoptheengine.
Findthecauseorinformresponsiblepersonsandtakethe
necessarymeasurestoforbidtheuseofthemachine.

andinstallthesafetysystemsrequiredbyregulations.
Themachinemustbewithinthemaximumdimensions
permittedontheroadinaccordancewithlocalroadtrafc
regulations.
Completelyraisethestabilizers.
Checkthatthelightingandsignallingsystemsoperate
correctly.
Checkthatthebrakesandsteeringoperatecorrectly.
Checktheconditionofthetiresandthetirepressure.
Neverleavetheoperator’scompartmentwhentheengine
isrunning.
Neverusethedifferentiallock.
Jobsiteoperation
Onjobsitesonthepublichighway,useregulationsignals,
takingintoaccounttheworkingrangeofthemachine.
Localregulationsdenethenumber,typeandlocationof
reectivestrips.
Bevigilant,beawareofplaceswhereotherpersonsare
workingclosetoyourworkingarea.
Keepotherpersonsawayfromthemachine.Serious
physicalinjurycanresultiftheseinstructionsarenotob-
served.
Adaptyourdrivingstyletosuittheconditionsofwork
(slopinggroundorroughground),thestateoftheroad
andweatherconditions.
Operateallcontrolsconsistentlysothemachineworks
smoothly.
Whentravellingatrightanglestotheslopekeepthe
loaderbucketatgroundlevel.
Whentravellinginthesamedirectionastheslope,move
ontotheslopeinlowgear(rstgear).Nevertraveldown-
hillwiththegearshiftleverinneutralposition.
Whenworkingonaslope,engagethefrontdriveaxle
(4WD)ifequipped.
Holes,obstacles,debrisandotherhazardsinthework-
ingareacancauseseriousphysicalinjury.Alwayswalk
aroundandidentifyallpossiblehazardsbeforeoperating
themachineinanewworkingarea.
Makesureyouknowthelocationofundergroundpipesor
cablesbeforebeginningwork.
Electricalcables,gaspipes,waterpipesorotherunder-
groundinstallationscancauseseriousphysicalinjury.
Donotworkclosetoliveoverheadelectriclineswith-
outrstmakingsurethattheminimumdistancesareob-
served:5m(16.4ft).
