backhoebucketteethandblademustcutthegroundlike
thebladeofaknife.Thedepthofdigvariesdependingon
thetypeofmaterial.
Dumpthebucketcontentsontothespoilpile,rollingout
thebucketasthepileisapproached.Avoidconstantjar-
ringorhammering-typecontactbetweenthespoilpileand
bucketasthiswillcauseweartothebucketpinsandbush-
ings.

Movingthemachineforwardswhenworking
onatground
Itispossibletousethebackhoeattachmenttomovethe
machineforwardatthesametimeastheexcavation.
Makesurethatthefrontwheelsarestraight.
Settheenginespeedto1000RPM.
Releasetheparkingbrake.
Raisetheboomandretractthedipper,thenmovethe
boomsoastoplacethebackhoebucketteethonstable
ground.
Raisethestabilizersandtheloaderbucketabout20cm
(7.9in)fromtheground.
Usetheboomanddippertomovethemachine.
Aftermovingthemachine,lowerthestabilizersandplace
theloaderbucketontheground,thenlevelthemachine.
Usetheparkingbraketobrakethemachine.
NOTICE:Thisprocedurecanonlybeusedonlevel
ground.Neveruseitonslopingground.Onsloping
grounditismandatorytoturntheoperator’sseattothe
loaderattachmentpositiontomovethemachinebythe
normalprocedure.
Themachinecanbemovedsidewaysinthesamefash-
ion,exceptthatthebucketmustbeattosupportthe
weightofthemachine.
