MACHINE-GENERALINSPECTION
Beforeusingthemachine,itisrecommendedtoperforma
generalinspection.
Externallycheckthemachineanditsworkingattachments,
checkingforpossiblebreaksordamageofthecomponents
orthestructure.Shouldproblemsbedetected,contactan
authorizedworkshoptohavethenecessaryrepairscarried
out.
Replacethedamagedorexcessivelywornpartswithorig-
inalspareparts.
Keepthemachinecleanbydailyremovingthedirtaccu-
mulatedwhileworking.
SERVICEBRAKE
Checktheoperationoftheservice(pedal)brakesonahard
levelsurfaceaftertherst100hoursofoperation.
1.Makesuretheareaisclearofotherworkersorby-
standers.
2.Lockbothpedalstogetherwiththebrakepedallock.
3.Shiftthetransmissionto2ndgear.
4.Drivethemachineforwardatfullthrottle.
5.Whenthemachineismovingatfullspeed,remove
yourfootfromthethrottleandstopthemachine.
6.Themachinemuststopsmoothlyinastraightline
andthebrakepedaleffortmustfeelrm.
NOTICE:Ifthemachinedoesnotstopinastraightlineor
ifthebrakepedaleffortfeelssoft,contactyourdealerfor
service.
PARKINGBRAKE
Theparkingbrakeisnotserviceable.Ifareductionofthe
brakingactionisdetected,contacttheServiceDepartment.
LIGHTS
Beforeusingthemachine,itisrecommendedtocheckthat
alllightsarecleanandcorrectlyoperating.
FUNCTIONALITYOFCONTROLSANDLAMPS
Beforeusingthemachine,itisrecommendedtocheckthat
allcontrols,instrumentsandlampsintheoperator’scom-
partmentarecorrectlyoperating.
Shouldproblemsbedetected,stoptheengineandndthe
causeoftheanomaly.
