surecorrectoperationandfullefciencyoftheaircondi-
tioning.
ATTENTION:Neverperformanyserviceoperationonthe
airconditioningsystem.Foranyoperation,consultanau-
thorizedworkshop.
NOTE:runtheairconditioningatleastonceaweek,even
forashorttime.
TheairconditioningsystemcontainsHFC134arefrigerant
gaswhichissubjecttostrictregulations.Anyproblemmust
besolvedquickly.
ATTENTION:TheHFC134arefrigerantgasinuseisa
refrigerantwithsafetycharacteristics.
Thismeansthatthisrefrigerantisnon-ammable,non-ex-
plosive,non-toxic,non-irritating,tastelessandcolourless.
Nevertheless,itisnecessarytotakesomeprecautions.
Avoidanycontactwiththerefrigerant.Incaseofskincon-
tactwiththerefrigerant,immediatelytreattheskin.
Wearsafetygogglestoprotectyoureyes.If,despitethese,
somerefrigerantcomesincontactwiththeeyes,immedi-
atelyconsultadoctor.
Emptythesystembeforecarryingoutrepairsonit.Donot
lettherefrigerantreleaseinthesurroundingareas.Tosuck
it,onlyusedulyapprovedaspirators.
Regardlessofthesystembeingfullofrefrigerantorempty,
heatdeterminesaremarkableoverpressure,whichcould
notonlydamagethesystem,butalsocauseexplosions.
Therefore,avoidweldings,heatsourcesoropenames.
Emptyrefrigerantcylindersmustnotbediscarded.When
full,refrigerantcylindersmustnotbeexposedtosunraysor
otherheatsourcesforalongtime.Themaximumallowed
temperatureforafullrefrigerantcylindermustnotexceed
45°C(113°F).
