restraintsystemevery500hofoperation.
Beforeyouoperatethismachine,alwaysmakesurethe
ROPS/FOPSandoperator’sseatbeltiscorrectlyinstalled.
TheseatbeltisanimportantpartoftheROPS/FOPS.You
mustweartheseatbeltatalltimeswhenyouoperatethe
machine.
Makesureallhardwarethatsecurestheseattothecab
isproperlytorqued.Makesureallseatbelthardwareis
secureandtorqued.
Torqueseatbelthardwareto:
73-87N·m(53.8-64.2lbft).
Keepseatbeltsawayfromobjectsthatcandamagethe
seatbelts.
Keeptheseatbeltsclean.Washtheseatbeltsonlyinsoap
andwater.Donotputtheseatbeltsinbleachordye.This
willweakentheseatbelt.

CheckthetorqueofthemountingboltsfortheROPS
canopyandtheROPScabduringtherun-inperiodofa
newmachine,aswellasatthe500hmaintenanceinterval.
1.Checkforcracks,rust,orholesintheROPSand
ROPScomponents.Age,weather,andaccidents
cancausedamagetotheROPSandROPSparts.If
youhaveanydoubtabouttheintegrityoftheROPS
system,seeyourNEWHOLLANDCONSTRUC-
TIONDealer.
