Movethemachinetoalevelandrmground.
Raisetheloaderattachmentandinstallthesafetysupport
strut.
Placethebackhoeattachmentintheroadtravelposition.
Placethedirection-of-travelleverandgearshiftleverin
neutralposition.
Immobilizethemachinebymeansoftheparkingbrake.
Stoptheengineandremovethestarterswitchkey.
Openandraisetheenginetilthood.
Placeacontainerwithsuitablecapacityunderthelter.

ATTENTION:Theoilltercontainsanoilquantityofap-
proximately0.5l(0.15USgal).
Avoidskincontactwiththeengineoil.Incaseofskincon-
tact,washtheskinunderowingwater.
Engineoilisextremelypolluting;therefore,disposeofitin
anenvironmentallyfriendlymanner.
Unscrewandremovethecartridge(1)bymeansofwrench
380000670.
Applyathinlayerofcleanoilonthesealofthenewcar-
tridge.
NOTE:donotllthenewlterwithoilbeforeinstallingit.
Assemblethenewcartridge(1).
Manuallyscrewinthecartridgeuntilthesealtouchesthe
support(2).
Bymeansofwrench380000670,tightenby3/4ofaturn.
NOTICE:overtighteningcandamagethelterseal.
Letthemotorrunforseveralminutesandthencheckthe
levelagainbymeansofthedipstick.
Ifnecessary,topuptocompensatethequantityofoilused
forllingthecartridge.
Lowerandlocktheenginetilthood.
Removethesafetysupportstrutandlowertheloaderat-
tachment.
