Wheelsandtires
Movethemachinetoalevelandrmground.
Placethedirection-of-travelleverandgearshiftleverin
neutralposition.
Immobilizethemachinebymeansoftheparkingbrake.
Stoptheengine.
Unlockthenutsofthewheeltobedisassembled.
Starttheengine.
Usetheloaderattachmentortherearstabilizerstoliftthe
machineuntilthewheeltoberemovedisnomoreincontact
withtheground.
Stoptheengineandremovethestarterswitchkey.
Lockthewheelsstillincontactwiththegroundandwhich
arenottoberemovedusingwedges.
Correctlysupporttheaxleofthewheeltoberemovedwith
blocks.
Unscrewandremovethewheelnuts.
Removethewheel.
Installanewwheel,observingtheorientationofthetread
pattern.
Reinstallandtightenthenutstothespeciedtorque:
-frontwheelnuts330N·m(243lbft);
-rearwheelnuts540N·m(398lbft);.
Removethewedgesfromthewheels.
Lowerthemachine.
Checktheinatingpressureofthetires.
Inate,ifnecessary.
