Failuretocomplycouldresultinminorormoderateinjury.

1.Movethemachinetoalevelandrmsurface.
2.Lowertheloaderattachmenttotheground.
3.Placethebackhoeattachmentintheroadtravelposi-
tion.
4.Placethedirection-of-travelleverandgearshiftleverin
theneutralposition.
5.Engagetheparkingbrake.
6.Stoptheengineandremovethestarterswitchkey.
7.Releaseanypossibleresidualhydraulicpressureby
movingthecontrolleversinalldirections.
8.Locatethewrench(1)suppliedwiththemachineand
cleantheareaaroundthellercap/breather.

9.Usethewrench(1)andremovethecap/breather(2).
10.Makesurethatnodirtorforeignbodiesenterthehy-
draulicoiltank.
11.Useasuitablegreasesolventtowashthecap.
12.Leavethecaptoair-dry.
13.Reinstallandtightenthecap(2).
