Telescopicdipper
Thetelescopicdipperisequippedwithadjustablewear
pads(4).Adjustthewearpadsasfollows:
1.Movethemachinetoalevelandrmsurface.
2.Lowertheloaderattachmenttotheground.
3.Retractthetelescopicdipperandplaceitonasupport
sothatthebucketdoesnotrestontheground.
4.Placethedirection-of-travelleverandgearshiftleverin
neutralposition.
5.Engagetheparkingbrake.
6.Stoptheengineandremovethestarterswitchkey.
7.Removeashim(1)fromeachbolt(2)ononlyoneside
ofthedipper.
NOTE:Theshims(1)areavailableunderthebolts(2)on
boththesidesofthedipper
NOTICE:RemovetheshimONLYfromtheothersideof
thedipperwhereshimswereremovedduringtheprevious
adjustmentprocedure.Contactyourdealer,ifyouarein
doubt.
8.Installandtorquethebolts(2)toatorquebetween350
–400N·m(258–295lbft).Checktheplayagain.
9.Theplayatpoint(3)shouldnotexceed1.5mm
(0.06in).
10.Whenalladjustingshimshavebeenremovedthe
wearpads(4)willrequirechanging.Consultyour
Dealer.
