andproductsthatmeetgivenspecications.Improperlyorincorrectlyperformedmaintenanceandrepairvoidsthe
equipmentwarrantyandmayaffectserviceintervals.

Respectthemaintenanceintervalsbycheckingthehourmetereveryday.Beforestartingmaintenance,parkthe
machineonat,rmground,awayfromanyobstacles,withthearmretractedandthebucketontheground.Lower
thedozerblade(ifequipped)untilitrestsontheground.Unlessotherwisespecied,allmaintenanceoperations
mustbecarriedoutwiththeenginestoppedandthekeyremovedfromthestarterswitch.Waitforallcircuitsto
cooldownbeforestartingwork.

Cleanthegreasettingsbeforelubrication.Cleanaroundplugsandllerholesbeforeaddinguid.Nodustor
dirtmustenterthecomponentsorthecircuits.Wearsuitableclothingandremembertousethenecessarysafety
equipment.

Whencarryingoutserviceworkonthemachine,placea"Donotoperate"tagontheinstrumentpanel.Neverclimb
downfromtheoperator'scompartmentleavingtheenginerunning.
•
Removethenecessarylowerpanelsduringmaintenanceofcertainmachinecomponents.Makesurethelower
panelsareproperlyclosedbeforeoperatingthemachine.
Anymodicationtothemachinewithoutpriorauthorizationcouldcauseseriousinjury.Donotmakeanymodications
withoutauthorization.ConsultyourNEWHOLLANDCONSTRUCTIONDealer.
NOTICE:ifyouuseyourmachineinparticularlyharshconditions(dustyorcorrosiveatmosphere,etc.),theservicing
intervalsshouldbereducedaccordingly.
