patternorthe“SAEType”controlspatternbychangingthepositionofthevalve.
Beforestartingmachineoperation,selectthedesiredcontrolspattern,andchangethepositionofthevalveaccord-
ingly.Refertopage4-13.

Left-handcontrollever:
1.Thedipperarmextends.
2.Thedipperarmretracts.
3.Theupperstructureswingstotheleft–handside.
4.Theupperstructureswingstotheright–handside.
NOTE:themovementspeedofthearmoroftheswing
dependsonthecontrollevertiltangle.Intheintermediate
positiontwomovementscanbeobtainedsimultaneously.
NOTE:whentheupperstructureswingcontrolisre-
leased,theupperstructuremaycontinuetorotatedueto
theforceofinertia.Inthisevent,makeallowanceforthe
extramovementbyreleasingthecontrolslightlyearlier.
