Yourtractorwillprovidelonganddependableserviceifgivenpropercareduringtherst50-hourbreak-inperiod.
Duringtherst50hoursofoperation:
1.Avoid"lugging"theengine.Operatinginhighrangeatunderheavyloadmaycauseenginelugging,whichis
indicatedwhentheenginewillnotrespondtoathrottleincrease.
2.Uselowrangewhenpullingheavyloadsandavoidcontinuousoperationathighenginespeedswithnoload.
Reduceenginespeedwhenmaximumpowerisnotrequired,suchastransportoperations.
3.Avoidprolongedoperationateitherhighorlowenginespeedswithoutaloadontheengine.
4.Checktheinstrumentsfrequentlyandkeeptheradiatorandoilreservoirslledtorecommendedlevels.Daily
checksincludetheengineoillevel,radiatorcoolantlevel,andaircleaner.
5.Aftertherst50hoursofuse,besuretoperformthemaintenanceitemslistedinthemaintenanceplanningchapter.
