Unscrew the end cap from the pedal anti-clockwise using a 5 mm hex key. Unscrew the M4 nut on the outside of the pedal while holding inside with a 6mm hex
key. Attention: The nut of the left pedal is loosened anti-clockwise (right-hand
thread), the nut of the right pedal is loosened clockwise (left-hand thread)!
