expressorimpliedwarranty.Themanufacturerwarrantsthisproducttobefreeofmanufacturing
defectsforaperiodofoneyearfromdateofpurchase.Thislimitedwarrantydoesnotcovernormal
wearandtear,oranydamage,failure,orlosscausedbyimproperassembly,maintenance,storage,
oruseoftheGOMOBalanceBike.Thislimitedwarrantywillbevoidiftheproductisever:usedina
mannerotherthanforrecreationortransportation,modiedinanyway,rented.
•ChecklocallawsandregulationstoseewhereyoucanrideyourGOMOBalanceBikelegally.The
manufacturerisnotliableforincidentalorconsequentiallossordamageduedirectlyorindirectly
fromtheuseofthisproduct.Toobtainserviceunderthiswarrantyyoumusthavepurchasedthis
productintheUnitedStatesand,withinthewarrantyperiod,contactNextsportdirectlybyphoneat
510-550-8960 or email at warranty@nextsport.com. Nextsport will provide warranty replacements
atitssolediscretion.AuthorizedwarrantyservicesONLYavailablefromNextsport.Specications
