De-bounce output motor contactors:
Wait for 100 ms to elapse for de-bouncing the output motor contactors, and then internally enable the drive.
This prevents the drive from being enabled whilst the output motor contactors are closing, which can include bouncing, and where if the drive
was enabled could result in an OI ac or OI dc overcurrent trip.
Exit To State 3 (Ramp motor torque to Symmetrical Current Limit B16):
When the output motor contactor de-bounce delay is completed
On Exit To State 3 (Ramp motor torque to Symmetrical Current Limit B16):
Sample the external load cell compensation torque feed forward value to be used to provide start compensation prior to and during motor brake
release if Load Cell Compensation Enable (E10) = On (1).
Exit To State 14 (Open output motor contactors):
If the speed selection is removed
If the direction signal is removed (in dual direction input mode), and the Inspection speed is not selected (Inspection Speed Selector (G53))
If the direction signal has changed (in single and dual direction input modes), and the Inspection speed is not selected (Inspection Speed
Selector (G53))
If the drive trips
If the drive is disabled by removing the Safe Torque Off, Drive enable or Fast disable (if used).
If the control word is enabled (Control Input mode (H11) >= Control Word(6)), and the control word enable bit13 = Off
If the system was started using Fast start and Fast Start Enable (H20) = Off (0)
Note that when the inspection speed is selected, configured by Inspection Speed Selector (G53), the direction may change or be deselected, and
speed may change from no speed selected to Inspection speed selected during the start of travel to accomodate manual Inspection travel selection.

Ramp motor torque up:
Ramp Torque Producing Current (J24) to the full limit, defined by Symmetrical Current Limit (B16), over the Motor Torque Ramp Time (D02) in ms.
Provided that an autotune is not being performed, the brake controller is engaged once the torque ramp has completed. When Brake Control
Output (D03) = On we transition to state 4 (Release mechanical brakes). This checks that the motor is magnetized.
If Start Lock Enable (I22) = On (1) enable the Start locking position loop, and if Start Lock Position Change Maximum (I23) > 0 pre-torque the motor
for holding zero speed and starting the profile during and following brake release.
If the Motor Autotune (B11) > None (0) on exit from State 0 (Idle), then apply the run comand in the direction specified by the CW/CCW terminals to
perfom the autotune. In the event that a rotating autotune is performed Motor Autotune (B11) = Rotating (2), and the motor brake control is from the
Elevator drive, Brake Control Output (D03) will be set = On (1) to lift the motor brakes and allow the rotating autotune.
Exit To State 4 (Release motor brakes):
Brake Control Output (D03) = On (1) when the torque producing current limit time has been ramped to the user defined Symmetrical Current
Limit (B16)
If the motor is fully magnetised Motor Magnetized Indication (D01)
Exit To State 12 (Apply motor brakes):
If an autotune completes.
If a direction signal has not been given while autotuning after 6 s.
If the brake controller takes longer than 6 s to complete.
If the speed selection is removed.
If the direction signal is removed (in dual direction input mode), and the Inspection speed is not selected (Inspection Speed Selector (G53))
If the direction signal has changed (in single and dual direction input modes), and the Inspection speed is not selected (Inspection Speed
Selector (G53))
If the motor is not fully magnetised Motor Magnetized Indication (D01)
If the drive trips.
If the drive is disabled by removing the Safe Torque Off, Drive enable and Fast disable (if used)
If the control word is enabled (Control Input mode (H11) >= Control Word (6)), and the control word enable bit13 = Off.
If the system was started using Fast start and Fast Start Enable (H20
) = Off (0).
Note that when the inspection speed is selected, configured by Inspection Speed Selector (G53), the direction may change or be deselected, and
speed may change from no speed selected to Inspection speed selected during the start of travel to accomodate manual Inspection travel selection.
