Issue Number: 1
13
Ramp motor torque down:
Sample the motor encoder position used by the Start locking feature Start Lock Enable (I22)
Encoder position not sampled if the previous state was < State 6 (Start profile)
Ramp Torque Producing Current (J24) current to 0 % in the time specified by Motor Torque Ramp Time (D02) in ms
Exit To State 14 (Open output motor contactors):
When the torque producing current limit has been ramped to 0 % using the Motor Torque Ramp Time (D02).
If the Safe Torque Off, Drive enable and Fast disable (if used) are removed
Or if the drive trips
On Exit To State 14 (Open output motor contactors):
Internally disable the drive.
14
Open output motor contactors:
Exit To State 0 (Idle):
Fast Disable (B27) = Off (0) AND
Total Output Current (J22) <= 25 % of rated AND
T13 STO Input 02 State (F11) = Off (0) AND
There is no speed signal present AND
There is no direction signal present (in dual direction signal mode) AND
OR the drive trips
If the motor thermistor is connected to the drive, and enabled with Motor Thermistor Input Select (F74), where a motor overtemperture is detected
during the travel from the motor thermistor feedback a Thermistor trip or Th Short Circuit trip will be generated in this state only to prevent
passengers becoming trapped during the travel.
The following error detections are made in this state after 4 s. The following list is in order of priority:
1. If Motor Contactor Monitoring Enable (B29) = On (1), and it takes longer than 4 s for Motor Contactor Monitoring Input (B30) to be set to 0, call
a Motor Contactor trip.
2. If the Fast disable terminal = On (1) call a Fast Disable Err trip.
3. If the Safe Torque Off, Drive enable input = On (1) call a STO Ctrl Err trip.
4. If the total current is > 25 % of rated call a Current On Stop trip.
5. If the Fast start enable = On (1), call a Fast Start En trip.
6. If the speed and directions are selected call a Spd / Dir Select trip.
