1 Run
It indicates the drive is running, and there is
output frequency (can be zero), terminal outputs
ON signal

Freq. detection when
speed-up
When the output frequency increases to the Up
detection frequency (F7.10), terminal outputs
ON signal.

When the drive output frequency is zero and is
still in running, the terminal outputs ON signal.
