Protect selected pictures from accidental deletion.
Select pictures to protect or cancel protection for previously protected pictures
from the picture selection screen. See “Selecting Pictures” (A 99) for more
information.
Note that formatting the camera’s internal memory or the memory card will
permanently delete protected files (A 148).
Protected pictures are recognized by the s icon (A 7, 75).
