Powering
the
Camera
During

• When connecting the camera
to
a computer,
use
a battery
with
a sufficient
amount
of
charge remaining
to
prevent the camera from turning
off
unexpectedly,
• When the camera
is
connected to a
computer
via
the supplied
USB
cable
with
Auto
(default setting) selected for the Charge by computer
option
in
the setup menu, the
battery inserted
into
the
camera
is
automatically charged, The charge lamp blinks slowly
while the battery
is
charging,

Transferring

Card
Slot
The following methods can also be used
to
transfer images
saved
on a
memory
card
to
a
computer,
• Connect a commercially-available card reader
to
the computer, and then insert the
memory
card.
• Insert the
memory
card directly into
the
computer's card slot.

Confirm
that
the
correct source
is
selected.
Confirm that the camera or removable disk appears
as
a device
button
in
the "Source"
panel
of
the Nikon Transfer 2 "Options"
area.
