Be sure that you are in a location where connection of the camera to a wireless LAN is possible

Customers in the United States must locate a public T-Mobile hotspot where connection of the
camera to the Internet, via a public wireless LAN, is available before uploading pictures.
Access the following URL for the latest list of public T-Mobile hotspots.

such a way that the antenna is obstructed, or remove any obstacles
between the camera antenna and access point. Signal strength may
be improved (A 52, 53).

The wireless LAN LED, located on the side of the camera with the
antenna, indicates connection status.

On: A connection has been established or data is being uploaded.
Off: The camera is not connected to a wireless LAN.
