Direct USB Connection
If the camera is connected to a PictBridge printer via the supplied
USB cable, selected JPEG pictures can be printed directly from the
camera.
D USB Hubs
Connect the camera directly to the computer; do not connect the cable
via a USB hub or keyboard.
A Printing Via Direct USB Connection
Be sure the battery is fully charged or use an optional EH-5a or EH-
5 AC
adapter. When taking photographs to be printed via direct USB
connection, set [Color space] to [sRGB] (pg. 167).
Take photographs
Select photographs for printing
using [Print set (DPOF)] (pg. 240)
Select [MTP/PTP] in camera [USB] menu and connect camera to
printer (pg. 232)
Print photographs
one at a time

Print multiple
photographs

Create index prints
(pg. 239)
Disconnect USB cable
