25Inserting the Battery and Memory Cards
D Removing the Battery
To remove the battery, turn the camera off and open the battery
chamber/memory card slot cover. Press the battery latch in the
direction shown by the arrow to release the battery and then remove
the battery by hand.
D Removing Memory Cards
Before removing the memory cards, confirm that the memory card
access lamp is off and then turn the camera off and open the battery
chamber/memory card slot cover. Press the card in to eject it (q) and
then slide it from the camera (w).
• We recommend that you remove the battery before removing
microSD memory cards.
