    • Blades are very sharp; handle with caution during cleaning.

Troubleshooting Guide:

  • Motor Doesn't Start or Blades Don't Rotate:
    • Check that the bottom of the motor head is clean and there is no food blocking the connection when placed on containers.
    • Ensure there isn't too much food in the container.
    • If the unit has overheated, unplug it and wait approximately 10 minutes before using again.
    • Make sure the power head is securely placed on the splash guard.
    • Check that the plug is securely inserted into the mains power supply.
    • Check the fuse or breaker; replace the fuse or reset the breaker if necessary.
  • Food is Unevenly Chopped:
    • This may be due to chopping too much food at one time, or the pieces being too big. Try cutting the food into smaller, even-sized pieces and processing smaller amounts per batch.
  • Food is Chopped Too Fine or is Too Watery:
    • The food may have been over-processed. Use brief pulses or process for a shorter time. Allow blades to stop completely between pulses.
