About SD Cards
Images taken in-game using the
camera application (p. 3), QR
Code® patterns and any data
received via SpotPass (p. 13)
will automatically be saved to
the SD Card.
To avoid losing progress, it is
essential to save before ending the
game or switching off the
Nintendo 3DS. The first time players
quit without saving, Mr. Resetti will
give them a gentle warning about
the importance of saving. He will not
appear again unless the player
chooses to set up the Reset
Surveillance Center (when the
option becomes available).
Parents should be aware that Mr.
Resetti's personality and tone of
voice, while intentionally humorous,
are authoritative and may be
disturbing to young children. Those
wishing to avoid meeting Mr. Resetti
can simply choose not to set up the
Reset Surveillance Center.
