NOTE:
When removing components such as hoses, tubes/lines, etc., cap or plug openings to prevent fluid from spill-
ing.
REMOVAL
1. Remove air duct and resonator assembly. Refer to EM-24, "Removal and Installation".
2. Remove electric throttle control actuator as follows:
a. Partially drain engine coolant. Refer to CO-11, "Changing Engine Coolant"
.
WARNING:
To avoid the danger of being scalded, do not drain engine coolant when engine is hot.
CAUTION:
• Perform when engine is cold.
• Do not spill engine coolant on drive belt.
b. Disconnect water hoses from electric throttle control actuator.
c. Disconnect harness connector.

4. Intake manifold collector support 5. Water hose 6. Electric throttle control actuator
7. Water hose 8. EVAP hose 9. Bracket
10. EVAP hose 11. EVAP canister purge volume control
