What to do if Njoy UPS shows fault codes 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 or 19?
    • C
      Christopher PerezSep 9, 2025
If the Njoy UPS displays fault codes 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, or 19, it means the UPS shut down automatically due to a short circuit on the UPS output. You should check the output wiring and any connected devices to see if they are causing a short circuit.

Why does my Njoy Garun show warning code 09?
    • J
      Jeffrey Mcdowell Jr.Aug 23, 2025
Warning code 09 indicates that the UPS is overloaded, or devices connected to the UPS are being fed directly by the electrical network via the Bypass. It can also mean that after repetitive overloads, the UPS is locked in Bypass mode. To resolve this, remove some of the load from the UPS output. If the UPS is locked in Bypass mode, remove excess loads first, then shut down the UPS and restart it.
