Vyklopte sklápacie rameno jeho ľahkým nadvihnutím.
Zaveste koniec bezpečnostného lanka (D) na kotviacu skrutku na zadnej strane bočnej lišty
(A).
Pretiahnite bezpečnostné lanko (D) cez dieru v bočnej lište (A) ako je zobrazené.
Upozornenie: Vrchné rebro používajte iba keď je rameno vyklopené.
Nevešajte sa na vrchné rebro keď je výklopné rameno sklopené (pri stene).
Poznámka: Pri použití fixačnej kotvy (ktorú si môžete objednať v našom eshope
www.waterrower.sk) sa horné rebro môže používať aj v sklopenej polohe (pri stene).

Fold out the folding arm assembly by slightly lifting it up.
Attach the loop at the end of the bungee to the screw at the back of the wooden
string (A).
Thread the security rope through the hole in the wooden string (A).
Attention: Only use when the side arms are folded out. Do not hang on the top bar,
when folded in! Risk of injury!
Note: The folding arm assembly fixation bracket (order here: www.nohrd.com) allows to fix
the folding arm assembly, so that you can also hang on the top bar when folded in.
