• SWITCH ON YOUR PHONE
• Press and hold the power key for about two
seconds. After your phone is on, when any
key is pressed, the keypad and display lights
stay on for up to 15 seconds.
The phone may ask for a Personal
Identification Number (PIN) or a security
code. Your service provider supplies the PIN
code. See “About security codes” on
page 76 for more information.
Warning:
Do not switch the phone on
when wireless phone use is prohibited
or when it may cause interference or
danger.
Back cover
On the back of your phone, you
will find the back cover release
button. When you remove the
back cover, you will find an
antenna area, which is similar
to the one shown in the
graphic on the left.
