Push

remote

the
adjuster

accessible.
Use

or
the
numbered
buttons
to
select
program
memory
location
1.
Use
a
thin
object
(e.g.
a
ballpoint
pen)
to
press
the
recessed
AUTO
button.
The
APS
system
stores
in
your
TV
sets
memory
the
TV
programs
wich
can
be
received
in
the
area
where
you
live.
Re-arranging
the
TV
programs
in
a
different
order:
If
you
want,
you
can
assign
the
remaining
TV
programs
to
particular
program
memory
locations,
e.g.
BBC
1
on
program
memory
location
1.
Use
buttons
<P>
to
select
the
program
which
you
want
to
assign
to
program
memory
location
1,
and
store
your
selection
in
memory
by
pressing
the
red
button.
Standard
program
search
funtion:
Press
the
PROG
button,
and
then
start
the
search
function
with
the
green
button.

select

program
memory
location
to
which
you
want
to
assign
the
TV
program
you
have
found.

red

store
the
setting
in

Automatic
sharpness
adjustment:
This
function
is
not
operative
on
program
memory
location
59.
In
areas
where
reception
is
poor,
you
may
find
it
helpful
to
store
a
program
which
the
search
function
has
found,
but
whose
reception
quality
is
bad,
in
program
memory
location
59,
and
to
re-tune
it
by
pressing
buttons
<>.
Use
the
red
button
to
store
the
setting
in
memory.
TV
programs
delete:
Use
buttons
<>
to
select
the
tv
program
you
want
to
delete,
and
then
to
actually
delete
it
press
the
yellow
bution.
IDEAL
setting
adjustment:
Press
brightness,
or
colour
intensity,
or
contrast
to
intitiate
alteration
of
the
corresponding
funtion.
Then
press
either
button
<
or
»
to
increase
the
function
in
question.
If
you
want
to
keep
the
altered
settings
as
your
IDEAL
settings,
then
after
having
altered
a
particular
setting
press
the
red
button
in
each
case.
To
return
to
TV
operating
mode,
press
the
TV
button.
Switching
off
the
on-screen
displays:
You
can
use
the
TV
button
to
switch
off
any
on-screen
display
and
return
to
TV
operating
moc.
Volume
at
switch-on:
You
can
store
the
altered
volume
setting
in
memory
while
it
is
displayed
on
screen,
using
the
red
button.
When
you
switch
the
set
on
again
after
you
have
done
so,
the
volume
will
be
reproduced
at
the
setting
already
stored
in
memory.
