1. From the start screen,
swipe left to view the
Apps list.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Tap add an account.
4. Tap Yahoo! Mail.
5. Tap the Email address
field.
6. Enter your Yahoo! New
Zealand email address.
7. Tap the Password field.
8. Enter your password
details.
9. Tap sign in.
10. Tap the Your name
field.
11. Enter your full name.
12. Tap sign in.Your inbox
is now setup for use.
How to Connect
to Your Social
Networking, i.e.
Facebook
1. To connect to Facebook,
you will need to
download the Facebook
application from Store.
To download the
Facebook application,
from the start screen,tap
Store.
2. Tap apps.
3. Swipe left
to view
the app categories.
4. Tap Top free.
5. Tap Facebook.
6. Tap install.
7. Tap allow.
8. Tap sign in.
9. Tap sign in again.
10. Tap the Microsoft
account field.
11. Enter your Microsoft
account email, i.e.
Hotmail, Xbox,
Messenger email account
address.
12. Tap the Password field.
13. Enter your password
details.
14. Tap sign in.
15. Tap not now.
16. Wait while the download
is complet.
17. You will know that the
app is completely
downloaded when the
app shortcut is in the
Apps list.
18. Tap Facebook.
19. Tap the Email field.
20. Enter your Facebook
email address.
21. Tap the Password field.
22. Enter your Facebook
password.
23. Tap Login.
How to Connect
to a Wi-Fi
Network
1. From the start screen,
swipe left to view the
Apps list.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Tap WiFi.
4. Tap the Wi-Fi slider so it
is switched to ON.
5. A listing of detected Wi-
Fi networks will be
displayed.
6. Tap the desired network
you wish to connect
with.
7. If the network is
secured, enter the
password.
8. Tap Connect.
1. From the start screen,
tap the Internet
Explorer Tile.
2. Your data usage will be
displayed.
3. To view your plan, tap
the Plans & Activities
tab.
4. Your plan details will be
displayed.
