Preparing the Remote Control
Pay TV Services with a Smartcard
from Viasat
• Plug in your Mediamaster.
• The ”Welcome” menu is shown.
• Use the or buttons on the front panel of the Mediamaster,
or on the remote, if you need to change the channel(CH 43 will
be shown on the receiver display). You only have to change
channel if it´s too close to, or disturbing, another analogue or
digital channel.
• Press the OK button on the Mediamaster´s remote control to
start the installation procedure.
• Follow the instructions shown in the menus.
Starting for the first time
Language
• Select the desired menu language with the or buttons on
the Mediamaster´s remote control.
This will also become the main language for audio and
subtitling.
• Press the OK button to proceed.

Antenna/Satellite Selection
This Quick guide describes the connection to the most
commmon satellite dish installation with two Universal LNBs
and a DiSEqC switch.
• Select alternative two (2) for ”Other Antenna / Satellite
Combinations”.
• Press the OK button.
If you only have one LNB connected to your satellite dish, see
page 13 in the Users Manual.
