Adjusting to carrier diameter The spring rod ensures that the
basket fits securely onto the carrier. For Ø 14-16mm, the rod has
to be inserted into the upper hole of the lever, for Ø 10-13mm into
the lower one .
Check the diameter of your carrier and adjust the lever position if
necessary. Loosen both fixing screws of one bracket by three turns
and press out both rods to the side. Remove the levers and insert
the rods into the appropriate holes

, reinsert the rods into the
bracket and tighten the fixing screws (1,5-2 Nm max).
In order to fit various carrier widths one spring rod can be fixed
in three different positions [ABC] in the brackets

. Slide
the rubber rings at both ends of the spring rod towards the
lever

. Push both end of the spring rod towards the acces-
sory and shift it to the appropriate one of the three notches
in the brackets

. Now slide the rubber rings back to their
initial position.
