1. Unplug AC power cord from RV receptacle.
2. Disconnect AC power cord from
9.
3. Disconnect DC input wires:
15 red 12VDC, 16 black GND
from
9.
4. Disconnect ignitor wire from
9.
5. Remove
9A screws (2x); remove 9 to expose 10.
6. Disconnect (OLD)
12, 13, 14 and 8.
7. Connect (NEW)
13 to terminal +12V Out on
8.
8. Connect
13 (other end) Limit_In on 10.
9. Connect (NEW)
12 wire to terminal +12V In on 8.
10. Connect
12
(other end)
to terminal Limit_Out on
10.
3. Connect Electrical
11. Install 9 at location 9B; tighten with 9A (2x).
12. Connect (NEW)
14 to terminal GND on 8
.
13. Secure
8
with screw at location
8A.
14. Attach
4B to T/C connector on 8.
15. Connect ignitor wire to
10.
16. Connect DC input wires:
15 red (1x) to 12 VDC; 16 black (1x)
to GND locations on
9.
17. Connect AC power cord to
10.
18. Plug AC power cord into RV receptacle.
19. Turn the unit on and verify that
L1 oP code is not displayed.
20. Install
17 onto 8.

solutions to touch the electrical components. Many liquids are

240 VAC.

1. Expose Boiler
1. Remove 3. 2. Squeeze 1A, 1B and 1C to open 1. 3. Separate 2 to expose 5, 6, and 7.
If you smell ammonia or see yellow chromate powder during the installation, DO NOT continue. Call Customer
Service.
Fiberglass insulation - keep away from eyes. Wear gloves for skin protection.
To avoid burn, verify burner box (3) area is cool.

2. Install Part
1. Disconnect 4B (OLD) from 8 and remove 4.
2. Position 4 (NEW) around 5, 6, and 7.
3. Place 4A within 1” of 5 top edge and against 6. Tighten 4
torque; to 23 in lb.
4. Close
2 back into its original position.
