HOW TO TURN ON THE POWER
_lPlug in the power cord.

B Move the on/off circuit breaker to the on posi-
tion.
Locatethe on/offcircuit
breakernear the power
cord. Make sure that the
on/off c_rcu;tbreaker is
inthe on position

_1 Attach the clip to the waistband of your clothes.
Stand on the foot rails of the treadmill Find the clip
attached to the key and slide the chp onto the
waistband of your clothes Next, insert the key into
the console Test the clip by carefully taking a
few steps backward until the key is pulled
from the console. If the key is not pulled from
the console, adjust the position of the clip as
needed, Then, remove the key from the console
HOW TO USE THE MANUAL MODE
_1 Insert the key fully into the console.
See HOW TO TURN ON THE POWER at the left.
B Select the manual mode.
When the key is

!_1 Press the Start button or the Speed + button to
start the walking belt.

stred by pressing the Speed + and - buttons
Each time a button is pressed, the speed setttng
wdl change by 0.1 mph; _fa button is held down,
the speed setting w_llchange tn incrementsof 0.5
mph. To change the speed sett=ngquickly, press
the 1-step Speed buttons. Note After the buttons
are pressed, _tmay take a moment for the treadmill
to reach the selected speed setting.
To stop thewalking belt, press the Stop button
The Time/Pace display w_llbeg=nto flash To
restart the walking belt, press the Start button or
the Speed + button
Note: During the first few minutesthatthetreadmill
isused, observe the alignment of the walking belt,
and align itif necessary (see page 24).
B Change the incline of the treadmill as desired.
