7. Insert the upper end of the Left Handrail (71)
into the tube on the Console Frame (87). Hold
the lower end against the Left Upright (75).
Attach the Left Handrail (71) with two 1/4" x
1 3/4" Screws (10), two 1/4" Star Washers (11),
and two 1/4" x 5/8" Screws (9) as shown; do
not tighten the Screws yet.
Attach the Right Handrail (not shown) as de-
scribed above.

. Attach the Console Frame (87) to the Left and
Right Uprights (75, 76) with two 5/16" x 3 1/4"
Screws (7) and two 5/16" Star Washers (8); do
not fully tighten the Screws yet.
