Connecting the RTD Sensor

1. To make electrical connections,
you
first must
connect the
handgun to
the hose.
lf
you
have
not
yet
done this, follow the
procedure
Connecting the
Handgun to the Hose described earlier.
2. Use a 3-mm
(1/s-in.)
flat-blade screw driver and loosen the three
screws
from
the
RTD terminal block as shown in Figure 3-6.
lnsert
wires l, H, and
B,
extending
from
the
hose, into the RTD terminal
block.
3. Tighten the three terminal-block screws
lo 0.42 N.m
(3.7
lbfiin.),
taking care not to overtighten.
4.
Remove
the
ground
screw from the
pivot
sleeve
