If your NOVO WATER Water Filtration System isn't regenerating, first ensure it has continuous electrical service by checking the fuse, plug, chain, or switch. If the power supply is ok, the timer might not be working correctly and needs replacement. Another reason might be a defective valve drive motor, which also requires replacement. Also, improper programming can cause this issue, so check and reset the programming as needed. Finally, the meter might not be metering; verify this by opening a faucet and checking the current flow. If there's no flow, replace the bypass/meter assembly.
