Why does my Novy Panorama Pro 1821 Ventilation Hood hob not work?

If your Novy Ventilation Hood hob isn't working, it could be due to a few reasons. First, check that the hob is properly connected to the electrical power supply. Also, verify if the safety fuse has blown and replace it if necessary. Ensure that the locking key hasn't been enabled.
