Brakes, Transmission,

Wheels

If

the Brakes are no longer effective, then -

On

the

front brake:

After

loosening

the

lock nut,

adjust

the

control

coble

by

means

of

the

adjuster

at

the

hand-

brake

lever

on

the

'handlebars

until

the

front

wheel

is

just

free

to

turn

without

the

brake

binding,

but

the

brake

acts

immediately

the

hand

lever

is

pulled.

Retighten

the lock nut.
