Vehicles
Remove rubber mats. Check and change the pollen filter if dirty. Check areas in and around
the ashtrays are thoroughly clean. If the baggage area is isolated it should be treated
separately. If there is a smell of sour milk, or animal urine it should be localised and cleaned or
removed before the odour can be neutralised in the rest of the vehicle. If you need to decon-

Caravans and boats
Open cupboards, draws and internal doors. Stand all cushions on their edge. Remove awnings
or any other folded materials that may be damp. If the area is damp, air dry it or use a dehu-
midifier before Ozone treatment. If a boat has several deck levels treat these separately. When
a boat or caravan has been unused for over 3 months we recommend a 24 hour treatment
period, Ozone can then penetrate deep into the porous materials.
Summer houses, rooms and larger areas
Carefully clean the area and remove plants. If odours are coming from cushions, curtains, mats
or other materials, wash these if possible. Open all cupboard, doors and draws. Place a table or
floor fan in the area which will help to spread the Ozone and increase the decontamination
efficiency.
Common applications:
Areas that have been affected by odours from; damp, mould, nicotine or fire/smoke damage. It
is also very common to treat areas contaminated by allergens with Ozone. These include
allergens from pets, cigarettes, mould, dust mites, perfumes and other chemicals etc...
