Sets SP bar width on the basis of parameter m, setting by
parameter S (MSB valid).
For settings other than above, the value is set to 0.
Sets height (1/180 in unit) of black bar by parameter v1
and v2.
Black bar height = v1 + v2 x 256
0(00H) <= v1 <= 255(FFH)
0(00H) <= v2 <= 255(FFH)
The maximum setting value for height is 2 in. This can be
set in units of 15/180 in as follows:
