The riding mower is a two-axle terrain mowing machine designed for cutting both maintained and unkempt grass areas on level ground and slopes with an incline of up to 22° (40%). It can handle multi-year vegetation, including intertwined raspberries, blackberries, and various weeds, provided the area is free of foreign objects like stones, fallen branches, bones, or hard items. Any use outside of these described purposes is considered a misuse, and the manufacturer will not be responsible for damages. Only manufacturer-approved accessories should be used to avoid voiding the warranty.
Key Components and Their Functions:
The riding mower consists of several basic sections:
- Hood with storage space: A combination of plastic and metal covers housing the battery and fuel tank.
- Frame with a bumper: The main structural element supporting most of the mower's parts.
- Front axle with wheels including steering: The front axle allows the wheels to turn, controlled by the steering wheel via a rack mechanism. The 92 EVO 4x4 model features automatic all-wheel drive, distributing power to individual axles based on traction conditions and travel mode.
- Mowing deck: Located underneath the mower, it comprises a cover, main plate, blade holders, and two massive mowing blades. It is powered by the engine through an electromagnetic clutch and a V-belt.
- Engine, gearbox including rear-wheel drive via a bypass: A four-stroke petrol engine mounted at the rear. The hydrostatic power transmission gearbox manages gear changes during driving. A bypass lever on the rear plate engages and disengages the gearbox for the rear wheels.
- Tilting frame: Aids in maintenance and servicing and protects the user from tree and bush branches. It can be set to three positions: Work, Service, and Auxiliary for handling the mower.
- Driver's location: A comfortable seat providing easy access to all controls, ensuring safe and comfortable operation.

Usage Features:
- Safety Interlocks: The mower is equipped with safety contacts under the seat. The engine automatically shuts off if the driver leaves the seat and the parking brake is not engaged. The engine can only start when the mowing deck is off and the elevation adjustment lever is in the transport position.
- Starting the Engine: Requires the mowing deck to be disengaged, the travel lever in neutral (N), and the driver seated. The choke is used for cold starts. The ignition key should be released within 10 seconds of starting.
- Stopping the Engine: Move the throttle to MIN, disengage the mowing deck, turn the key to STOP, and remove it.
- Mowing Deck Engagement: Engaged by a switch, with 4 working positions (50-100 mm mowing height) and 1 transport position (120 mm). A safety switch prevents engagement in the transport position.
- Travel Direction and Speed: Controlled by a lever (F for forward, R for reverse, N for neutral). Speed is regulated by how far the lever is moved. Changing direction is only possible when the mower is stopped and the lever is briefly in neutral.
- Differential Lock: Engaged by a pedal, only for straight forward driving when necessary (loss of traction). Never use when changing direction.
- Bypass Lever: Primarily for bleeding the hydrostatic system on the 92 EVO 4x4. It allows the mower to be pushed or pulled without the engine running when disengaged (position 0).
- Slope Operation: Mowers can operate on slopes up to 22° (40%) when driving up or down the fall line. Reduced speed and careful turning are essential. The parking brake must be used when stopping on a slope.
Maintenance Features:
- Daily Checks (Before Every Use):
- Engine oil level (between ADD and FULL marks).
- Battery charge level.
- Fuel level.
- Tire pressure (front 150 kPa, rear 80 kPa).
- Bypass lever in position "1" (engaged).
- Cables and bolt connections (visual inspection and tightness check).
- Brake functionality.
- After Every Use:
- Elevate mowing deck to the highest position and disengage blades.
- Clean the mower surface, especially the mowing deck interior.
- Check blade condition (sharpness, damage).
- Regular Checks (After 50 hours or 1x per year):
- Battery contacts (clean if dirty/rusty).
- Engine oil change (after first 50 hours, then every 200 hours for AC 92-23 4x4).
- V-belts and tensioning mechanism (wear and tension).
- Air filter (cleaning).
- Spark plug (clean, adjust gap, replace if worn).
- Fuel filter (replace).
- Engine cooling (clean grille, fan cover, cooling fins).
- Mowing blades (check condition, sharpen, replace if damaged/worn).
- Mowing deck drive pulley (check fastening bolt torque: 80 Nm).
- Front axle (lubrication of vertical joints).
- Gearbox (check pulley condition, oil level).
- Travel lever (check belt tension).
- Steering (check functionality).
- All pulleys (check condition).
- Hydrostatic Transmission (92 EVO 4x4):
- Maintain correct oil level (SAE 5W-50 synthetic oil, 6L total volume).
- Visual check for oil leaks.
- Replacing Parts: Use only original spare parts. Contact an authorized service center for complex repairs or parts not described in the manual.
- End-of-Season Storage:
- Empty the fuel tank.
- Clean the entire mower.
- Repair and paint damaged areas.
- Replace faulty/worn parts.
- Prepare the engine for storage according to its manual.
- Lubricate all points as per the lubrication diagram.
- Remove, clean, and fully charge the battery; store in a cool, dry place, recharging every 30 days.
- Store the mower covered in a clean, dry environment.
- Allow mower belts to run free for at least 5 minutes when restarting after extended inactivity.

- Mowing deck: Danger, Do not step on, Rotary tools, Guaranteed acoustic power level (100 dB).
- Fairing under the seat: Danger, Do not touch during operation, Follow manual when repairing, Do not leave mower while driving, Caution (deflected objects), Read the manual, Do not mow near other people, Do not take on passengers, Do not drive perpendicular to the slope, Keep unauthorized persons at a safe distance, Maximum working incline (18°).
- Rear side of the mower: Attention Hot surface!, Risk of burns.
- Travel lever: Choke, Cruise control (deactivated/activated), Fast, Slow, Travel forward (F), Neutral (N), Travel reverse (R).
It is strictly forbidden to remove or damage any labels or symbols on the mower.
