7.3.5 Deleting All Data Files
You can use the reset function to quickly erase all the files stored in the Magna-
Mike 8600.
Using the DATABASE RESET or MASTER RESET will erase all files and data
contained in those files. The deleted files and the data they contain cannot be
recovered. The datalogger will be completely empty after this procedure.
To delete all files
1. Press [SET UP], and then highlight RESET.
2. In the RESET submenu, select DATABASE to display the DATABASE RESET
warning message (see Figure 7-13 on page 128).
3. Select RESET to delete all the files.
OR
Select CANCEL or press [MEAS] to abort the operation.
