Fencing off an area of your garden
Step 4 - Slide pole through clip
Step 5 - Secure top of net to pole
Once the pole is fixed at the bottom of the net you need to secure the top. Feed the top edge of the net into the top of the pole as shown
above. Make sure you pull the net through the gap to keep it in place.
Push the pole through and be careful of the sharp pointy end.
Step 6 - Add the other poles
Continue to add the other poles to the netting, spacing them out evenly along the length of your netting.
Now simply push the poles into the ground to create a fenced
section. It can be used around the eglu to allow chickens extra space
to free range, without them walking around the whole garden.
It can also be used to block off areas of the garden, such as a
vegetable patch, to stop your hens from pecking at your prize
parsnips. The bottom rows of the netting have smaller holes, making
the netting suitable for bantams too!
Once the pole is through the
clip slide it all the way into place
as shown.
